One of the biggest things I’ve gained is learning how to take control of my own life, career, and growth. I’ve learned that my decisions and actions directly affect my results, and that I get to decide the value I want to bring. Being able to witness the beginning and growth of a new company has also been such a privilege. It has allowed me to see where real business challenges happen, how problems are handled behind the scenes, and how important every decision can be when building something from the ground up. Overall, this experience has taught me skills that go far beyond sales and that I know I’ll carry with me throughout my career and future as an entrepreneur.
